Terms of Service
HealthWizard records and reminds. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend a dose, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with questions about a medical condition or medication. Warky Devs takes no responsibility for how you use the app for your health — that responsibility, and the responsibility to consult your doctor, is yours.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the HealthWizard app, server, or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, don't use HealthWizard.
What HealthWizard is
HealthWizard is a personal medication and health tracking tool. It helps you plan schedules, record what you actually did, and keep a history of your own information. It does not provide medical advice, does not calculate or recommend doses, and does not replace a healthcare professional.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement to create an account. A minor's records may be kept by a parent, guardian, or caregiver account acting on their behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information.
Acceptable use
- Use HealthWizard only for lawful, personal health-tracking purposes.
- Don't attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation.
- Don't interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security of the app or server.
Your data
You own the information you enter into HealthWizard. How we collect, use, store, and let you delete that information is described in the Privacy Policy and the Delete my data page.
Offline-first and availability
HealthWizard is designed to work without an internet connection; your device is the source of truth for your own records. Sync, backup, and restore depend on the availability of our server, which — like any service — can experience planned maintenance or unplanned downtime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the sync service.
Termination
You may stop using HealthWizard and request deletion of your account at any time (see Delete my data). We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
Your health decisions are your responsibility
HealthWizard is a personal record-keeping and reminder tool, not a medical device, clinician, or treatment provider. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional about your medication, insulin, glucose management, or any other health condition, and to make your own decisions about your care. Never start, stop, or change a medication or dose because of something HealthWizard displayed, reminded you of, or failed to remind you of.
Warky Devs does not take responsibility for how you or anyone using your account chooses to use the app, for the accuracy or completeness of information you or a caregiver enter, or for any health outcome, injury, or loss that results from use of, reliance on, or inability to use HealthWizard — including missed, late, incorrect, or duplicate reminders or entries. Use of the app for any health-related purpose is entirely at your own risk.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
HealthWizard is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on information you recorded in the app, including missed or incorrect entries, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different law is required to apply by your local consumer-protection rules.
